- No more than seven people sleeping in cottage
- Cottage available from 2pm. Early access may be available on request
- Check out by 11am
- Deposit of 50% of total rate required on booking
- Bookings only confirmed on receipt of deposit
- Balance due prior to arrival
- Cancellations incur a 50% booking fee pending replacement booking
- Owners reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning if cottage left in unsatisfactory condition
